An Internet site is only as good as the integrity of its data. There is nothing worse than running a successful promotion of your web site, getting zillions of hits each day, and then accidentally deleting a key file from your site. Without backups, this scenario could be disastrous.

Regardless of the type of account you order from us, your data is backed up on a daily basis, and we keep these backups for seven days. This means that we have the ability to restore just about any file you might have had on your virtual server, up to a week old!

Backups are made at about 1:00 AM Pacific Time, seven days a week. If you ever find that you have accidentally deleted a file, or you need an older version of a file that you've made some changes to, let us know. We'll be able to restore it for you quickly and easily.
